SPM, STAM results out on Thursday
PUTRAJAYA: Students can obtain their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) result slips from their schools next Thursday.

Top students will join Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein when he announces the results in Johor Baru on Wednesday. “The Malaysian Examinations Syndicate has informed me that the results are ready, so I will announce them on Wednesday,” he told reporters here yesterday.

A total of 416,741 students sat for the SPM while 3,724 sat for the STAM last year. Asked about the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia results, Hishammuddin said they would be announced at a later date.
